Full refunds are given with a 72 hour cancellation notice. Cancellation outside of the 72 hour window will result in a 50% charge.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Payment in full is required 3 days before the date of your event. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Rescheduling is allowed if there is rain or cold weather for outside events.
To help our performers out, we charge $5 per character, per event to cover their mileage. Plus an extra $1/mile for locations more than 15 miles from Libertyville, IL.
